Where we ship

Through this store: every EU country, plus the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, the United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, India, Israel and the Philippines. Somewhere else? Write to info@apa-intemporal.com and we will arrange it.

Dispatch and delivery times

We pack and hand over your order within 1–3 business days. The carrier's time is added on top: 2–4 business days in Germany and the EU, 3–4 in the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, 2–3 with DHL Express to the United States, Canada and Asia, 6–7 to Australia and New Zealand. You receive a tracking number by e-mail the moment the parcel leaves. Should an item be unavailable, we will tell you immediately and refund any payment already made.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination and the option chosen and are shown at checkout before you pay. Germany, Belgium and France have a standard and an express option; most other countries ship express.

VAT, customs and duties

Inside the EU, VAT is included in the price and there are no duties. For deliveries outside the EU (including the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway) the customs office may charge local VAT and import duties on delivery; these are paid by you. If you are unsure what to expect, ask us before you order.

Promotional items

Where a free item (for example a travel pouch) is offered with a coat, it ships in the same parcel as the coat at no additional shipping cost; the standard shipping cost of the order applies. One free item per customer, while supplies last.
